Our Refund Policy
Electronic Download Product Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, there is no way for us to prevent a customer from using a kit after it has been downloaded to their computer; therefore, we do not, under any circumstances, provide refunds on electronic product purchases. We track and record the IP of all purchases, downloads, and download times. If you have not attempted a download, then you are eligible for a refund. If our records reflect a download, then you are not eligible for a refund.
We provide a detailed free product preview for you to download and view before purchase. This should enable you to make an informed decision about our games.
Box upgrades are available for $60 in the event you change your mind and decide on a box.
Boxed and Shipped Product Refund Policy
We will refund your order minus the shipping price we paid and a 5% restocking fee if the box and label are not in a condition to reuse. Your order must be returned at your expense and be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. It must be postmarked within 7 business days of delivery.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
