REFUNDS

Boxed and Shipped Product Refund Policy:

We will refund your order minus the shipping price we paid and a $5 restocking fee. They must be returned at your expense unused, with everything intact, and postmarked within 7 days of your receipt. 

If an error is confirmed to be from something we messed up, we will pay return shipping and either refund or ship a replacement or we can discuss another option for you that we both agree on.

Murder at the Four Deuces Mature rating breakdown:

• The murder takes place at the party.

• There are references to prohibition and booze.

• The setting has a House of Ill Repute upstairs, but there are no prostitutes at the party. The Madam is there, but she is only a businesswoman. One character was a "working girl" in her younger days and tries to hide that fact, as she is now respectable.

• There are a small number of affairs, but the Guest List Worksheet tells you how to match up couples so that no one will be offended by this facet of the game. 

• There is no cursing or name-calling unless your guest takes it upon themselves to do so.

• We handle all mature content in a very tasteful manner.

SHIPPING

Box Game Shipping Policy:

Your box will be printed and shipped in 2-5 business days. If we have a box already pre-printed, it will go out in 1-2 days, but if we have to print the game, that time will run 2-5 days for printing, assembly, and pick up. In a perfect world, we print the next day and USPS picks the package up the following day. Occasionally, we encounter supply or printer parts issues and have to order something to complete your order.

If you have a party coming up within a week, please text us and we will see if it's urgent and requires a rush.

You will receive a tracking number as soon as we have them printed and labeled. We ship USPS Priority Mail for orders over $40 FREE within the USA!

CHARACTERS

Penny Cheatum – A high-profile attorney who specializes in ‘Family’ Law.

Henry Hooch – Henry is beginning to develop a name for himself. We’ve heard that he makes some of the best hooch available this side of the Mason-Dixon line.

Serina Siren – Serina and her brother come from Italy. Her father Guido disappeared after rumors that he was plotting his boss’s demise. The Sicily Family thought it would be best for the Siren children to see America. Serina is known to be a very modern woman with the brains and looks to get what she wants.

Hobart T. King – Hobart made the film On the Wagon. It was supposed to be a western, but the few that saw it said it was a disaster. We have heard that he is here scouting for talent and investors for a new romantic film.

Glenna Glib – Glenna was voted “Most Talkative Person” every year in college. I think that’s all that needs to be said. If you have further questions, Glenna will be happy to regale you for hours with the answers.

Tom Hops – The suave, talented, and friendly Four Deuces bartender.

Scoop Jennings – Scoop is an up-and-coming reporter for the Chicago Sun-Times. Assign this character to a Female Guest!

Sam Siren – Brother to Serina and son of the deceased Guido Siren. Sam is looking to join a new family. They say he is very talented, but can he be trusted?

Color Pencille – An up-and-coming artist. She comes from a notoriously creative family who was scandalized when her mother chose to marry a lawyer! It was simply shocking… a lawyer with no artistic talent whatsoever!

R.K. Oswald – Owner of W4DR Radio Station. His station is one of the most listened to in Chicago. He also hosts a talk show.
